Client wanted a slick new look for her 15 year old living room that would accommodate a piano given to her daughter by her grandmother. The sofa was reupholstered in a black and silver silk, the chair redone in an updated paisley print, with new silk window treatments.

New hardwood floors were installed along with painting the pine trim. The same silk window treatments (reflected in mirror) were used in the living room, and both rooms were painted the same color. The alabaster fixture was added over the table and new hardware used on a closed bar cabinet to match china cabinet. Two households were combined in both rooms using all existing furnishings.

These custom cabinets and fireplace surround were built of ash wood and stained to match the newly installed walnut floor.

Walnut hardwood flooring was added to this room, along with custom fireplace surround, book cabinets and closed storage. The custom TV cabinet was designed to fit the new HDTV and stereo equipment. Surround speakers were installed, with furniture purchased and placed for maximum sound enjoyment.
